Overview
Digital and Campus Services provides a responsive, integrated and customer-orientated service that brings together the digital and physical environments for students and staff, supporting their teaching, learning, research and administrative needs. Our purpose is to provide fit-for-purpose and innovative planning and delivery services that contribute to the success of ECU as a vibrant and progressive University.

The Digital Programs and Projects team works in consultation with stakeholders to deliver digital programs and projects across the University. The team is responsible for whole project lifecycle including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution and handover.

The purpose of this role is to deliver end to end projects within agreed baselines including organisational change aspects to the business. 

The successful candidate will have the following experience: 

  • At least 7 years of experience in the information technology sector, including significant experience managing and leading a team;
  • Demonstrated experience managing large and complex ICT projects, incorporating project and change management principles and integrating user and technical input and knowledge to achieve business outcomes, including: defining project scope, business case and proposals.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors, contractors, consultants and staff.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management methodologies including Prince2 and Agile methods.
