(HEO7) $88,078 to $98,509 per annum plus an employer contribution of 9.5% superannuation will apply

The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate’s employment at the University.  The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement.  Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.

Partner with external stakeholders to develop programs and courses for the University

The Senior Project Coordinator manages, coordinates and communicates the operational aspects of new and existing online programs. The Senior Project Coordinator will work with external stakeholders, specifically in partnership with the University’s online programs provider and internal stakeholders to ensure programs and courses are launched in achievement of partnership objectives.

Learning Enhancement and Innovation leads institution-wide development and change in learning and teaching, including advice, support and development services; services supporting ongoing academic and professional development and recognition; and the development and application of robust learning analytics to inform educational strategy and practice, and enhance student retention and success.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated project coordination experience with proven ability to independently manage new and ongoing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills that demonstrate the ability to relate to a wide range of stakeholders and staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes, including attention to detail, judgment, initiative and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and sustain high-performance, determine priorities, be highly flexible and meet demanding deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
  • Experience in leading a team and articulating priorities and expected outcomes to team members.
