Continuing, full-time position available

Take on the responsibility for managing and coordinating key international education partnerships to increase student cohort recruitment.

Working under limited direction, the Senior Partnership Officer is responsible for providing management and coordination of international education partnerships including articulation, credit transfer, sponsorship and transnational education initiatives. This includes developing relationships at senior levels, identifying and pursuing new pathways and driving engagement initiatives to support partners and drive recruitment of respective cohorts. 

The role requires high-level skills in stakeholder collaboration, strategic relationship management, an innovative approach to problem solving and experience in international higher education partnerships.

To be successful you will need:

  • Substantial knowledge of international higher education sector and student recruitment/conversion strategies for partner students. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders including an ability to build strategic relationships with senior government officials and the higher education industry internationally.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills across a range of cultures.
  • Strong project planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, achieving objectives on time and on budget within a diverse team.
  • Experience in analysing data and the preparation and communication of reports.
