  • HEO5 – TRP $83,397 - $93,397 per annum inclusive of 17% superannuation 

About the position

Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, the Senior Officer is responsible for delivering domestic applicant selection and admission activity. This role will work closely with peers and across teams to ensure a consistent approach to customer service delivery and consistent application of transactional activities and associated procedures. This includes responsibility for large volume and high-pressure admission activities, reporting, quality assurance, continuous development and collaborative knowledge sharing practices.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have;

  • Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide interpretation, advice and decisions on rules and entitlements.
  • High level proficiency in computer software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail, and the use of the internet as a research tool.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop excellent working relationships with, colleagues, students and other stakeholders.
