The Opportunity

Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable development education? The Monash Sustainable Development Institute (MSDI) is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support the growth of our Sustainable Development Education Program (SDEP), ensuring that our campaigns resonate with stakeholders and our message of sustainability reaches every corner of the globe.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the SDEP Operations Manager and the Marketing and Communications Lead to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns
  • Think critically and multitask in a fast-paced environment, working closely with MSDI’s Marcomms team and the University’s broader marketing and communications departments
  • Contribute to the development of an annual marketing schedule aimed at driving student recruitment and engagement
  • Coordinate the production of compelling marketing materials, including publications, videos, and rich media content
  • Offer marketing expertise to the education team, ensuring alignment with University policies and a strong focus on customer experience
  • Build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and external service providers to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing strategies
  • Engage in continuous improvement through research, data analysis, and process optimization
