The role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 9 - $124,878 to $131,951 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Wagga Wagga

As a member of the Client Services leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dispersed team of librarians providing integrated learning, teaching and research support, as well as leading the design, management, promotion and continuous improvement of innovative client-centred information services.

Your previous experience in data analysis, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to drive innovative ways of working will enable you to successfully deliver in this emerging area. Previous experience within the higher education sector would be advantageous.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing high quality, client-focused services delivered in an online environment.
  • Solid experience in applying human centred design, user experience and co-design research methods, practices and project planning.
  • Superior skills in supervising and managing dispersed teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills (including preparing briefing papers and reports).
