The Opportunity

Monash Nursing and Midwifery invites applications for the role of Senior Lecturer, where you will become an integral part of our dynamic academic team. As a Level C academic, you will be part of the team leading the charge in delivering world-class education across our nursing and midwifery programs, shaping the future of healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be paramount in driving curriculum development, preparing engaging programs of study and ensuring excellence in both pre and post-registration courses.

This position will not only lead by example but also contribute significantly to strategic planning and operational aspects of our educational programs. Your leadership will guide the direction of Monash Nursing and Midwifery, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will supervise honours, postgraduate and higher degree students, nurturing the next generation of nursing and midwifery leaders. Moreover, you will actively promote and maintain high-quality research outputs, positioning our institution at the forefront of nursing and midwifery.
