- Part time (0.8 FTE), ongoing appointment
- Base salary range: Level 2 $56,631 – $58,490 p.a. (pro rata) plus 17% superannuation

About the team
Accommodation and Commercial Services is a sub-portfolio within the division of Student Life and manages residential options for students & commercial operations for external customers and affiliated partners of the University
The portfolio oversees Accommodation operations for Forrest Hall, Crawley Village and operates the central admissions function across College Row, operates the commercial and retail functions for the directorate, oversees Child Care Services and maintains close working relationships with affiliated colleges and PBSA providers
About the opportunity
You will provide efficient and quality housekeeping services to the Facilities under the UWA Accommodation and Commercial Services Office portfolio. These Facilities include Forrest Hall and ten short term accommodation units located within Crawley. You will ensure the facilities and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant housekeeping experience in a hotel or other accommodation environment
- Good organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, problem solve and work productively as part of a team
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health requirements
Please note, the successful candidate will possess:
- Current “C” class driver’s licence
- Provide own vehicle
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
