The Opportunity

Monash Business School is a global academy for leaders, innovators and change makers. In education we provide the best possible learning environment to enable our students to develop their discipline knowledge and skills they need to fulfil their own potential. 

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Educational Designer to lead the School’s Education Design team in support of the Business School’s education strategy and objectives. You will work closely with and in partnership with faculty from each of the School’s seven academic departments, and with key stakeholders across the Monash Learning and Teaching environments.

About you

As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated effective leadership skills with the ability to drive educational innovation and foster relationships to meet strategic goals.

Your highly developed program design skills, planning and organisational skills, as well as your strong communication and analytical and problem-solving skills, will ensure your success in this role.
