Location: City West Campus, SOUTH AUSTRALIA

  • Part time (.6 time fraction)
  • Fixed Term till 24/12/2024
  • Campus independent - Can be based at La Trobe University’s Melbourne (Bundoora) or Victorian regional campuses.
  • HEO7 position – $97,248 – $106,980 per annum (pro rata) + 17% superannuation

About the position

This role is to work with the various Partnerships teams within the DPCT such as the placement coordination teams, the selection teams and the academic and clinical teaching staff to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes.

Some of the duties of this role will be anticipating customer needs/requests, identifying opportunities and facilitating change management and developing proposals or recommendations and provides advice to staff at higher levels on program objectives, organisational structures and budget expenditure.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have

  • An undergraduate degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills with successful experience in managing and leading staff to promote a cohesive and effective team and managing workflows.
  • Demonstrated organisation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage several different projects concurrently.
