About the Role

This role will be an integral team member contributing to the successful implementation of projects across the Areas of Focus by supporting Change Managers and stakeholders to manage the changes impacts across RMIT University and prepare for go live with a coordinated and clearly understandable change readiness plan:

  • Working across a broad range of initiatives to ensure alignment of change management activities and timely execution of activities
  • Working with change managers to identify change impacts, risks, risk mitigation and change impact and readiness assessments including but not limited to:
    • Developing presentations and workshop material to support identification of and documentation of change impacts
    • Supporting change managers and stakeholders with change impact identification, mapping and change readiness planning
    • Supporting stakeholder teams with understanding and planning readiness and preparation activities
    • Supporting change managers and stakeholders with change readiness assessments prior to go live 
  • Monitor and assess effectiveness of change interventions across the program
  • Ability to present and communicate change preparation in an easy to understand and engaging way
  • Undertaking stakeholder analysis, mapping and engagement planning
  • Building effective relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Providing hands on support to develop material to support the business including end user engagement and business readiness collateral

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide hands on support to the Change Leads in the following ways:
    • Development of change management plans for high impact initiatives
  • Development material to support the business including end user engagement and business readiness collateral
  • Support the development of required learning/training approaches to address specific initiatives
  • Monitor and assess effectiveness of change interventions across the program
  • Ability to present communication plans in an easy to understand and engaging way.
  • Actively monitor change impacts on teams, provide reports to team leaders on of upcoming impacts and changes
  • Contribute to and maintain Stakeholder Management and Engagement plans
