This Senior Archives Officer role offers a unique opportunity to combine your attention to detail with excellent service delivery to support corporate memory-keeping and archival research within the University Library. Working collaboratively in a small team, this role will be a key contributor to delivering reference, access, digitisation, and description activities of the University Archives.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience with both hardcopy and electronic records and recordkeeping processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing records using an archives management system or similar.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers ensuring customer needs are met.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft communications, and good interpersonal skills.
