Overview
The ITSC Salesforce Team delivers development, support and maintenance services related to the ECU Salesforce platform, and Apps deployed on the platform.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or comparable experience/training.  Demonstrated minimum 4 years within Application development roles in a mid-sized organisation, with 3 years' software development experience.
  • While not mandatory, knowledge or experience using Salesforce (or an alternate CRM) is highly desirable
    • Working knowledge of and experience in cross cloud Salesforce development (Sales, Service, Community)
    • Salesforce development experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, SLDS, and Lightning frameworks
    • Proficiency with Salesforce application development and configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder, SOQL, Data Loader)
    • Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform
    • Understanding of Salesforce data model and data architecture principles
    • Understanding of Salesforce configuration management best practices and experience with supporting tools (e.g. Copado)
    • SQL proficiency, PL/SQL experience
