Clinical Reasoning and Decision-Making: Strong skills in providing student-centred support, referrals, and treatment plans that empower students to enhance their wellbeing.
Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads and coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, balancing individual needs with organisational accountabilities.
Team Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and resilience skills, with a track record of working cooperatively and flexibly within a team, building strong relationships and networks.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with large-scale enterprise systems and databases, with accurate data entry and process documentation skills, maintaining sensitive information according to standards.
Commitment to Excellence: A proactive approach to promoting a culture of safety, quality, and innovation, with a dedication to continuous improvement.
If you are ready to take on this rewarding challenge, apply now and help us support our vibrant and diverse community at RMIT.
