Overview
The Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) is responsible for building long-term mutually beneficial relationships to achieve philanthropic, partnership and sponsorship outcomes from the communities and industries that the University serves.

The Senior Administrative Officer (known internally as the Senior Centre Officer) contributes to the day-to-day running of DAR through the timely and effective delivery of high-level, confidential administrative and financial management support and information co-ordination to the Director and other Centre staff.

As the first point of contact for the DAR, the Senior Centre Officer builds and maintains relationships across the University and externally, naturally adapts to the styles of others and demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all that they do. Directly supporting the Director, Office of Development and Alumni Relations, the Senior Centre Officer is an administrative expert, is financially literate and takes the lead in co-ordinating and developing internal communications for the Office.

This role will primarily be based in the City however on occasions working at the Joondalup campus is required. ECU is a smoke-free campus.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts a salary of $73,257 - $81,404 pa plus 17% university superannuation contribution.
