  • Commencement Salary: $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services (UniSA STEM), you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Academic Services Officers at the Mawson Lakes Campus, including resolution of issues and the consistent interpretation and application of the University’s academic administration policies and procedures within UniSA STEM; and undertaking administrative activities associated with the delivery of UniSA STEM’s programs and its research and consultancy activities.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex organisation, involving the provision of advice and recommendations to senior staff
  • Highly developed research and analytical skills and experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
  • High level verbal and interpersonal skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
