About the Job
Swinburne is embarking on an exciting journey, working towards our new vision of bringing people and technology together to build a better world. We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master (Web) to work in partnership with stakeholders and colleagues to develop and implement significant improvements to Marketing, Student Administration and Corporate functions for the Swinburne website. This involves analysis and definition of business requirements as user stories and epics, and using Agile methodologies and leading the team through agile rituals to promote Agile/Scrum practices and values.

This outstanding role will provide you with the opportunity to develop both business analysis and scrum master skills to be part of an agile delivery team focused on delivering changes to existing customer-facing web-based applications with an emphasis on providing high value features to our stakeholders and users.

About you
The success of this role depends on you being able to demonstrate the following:
• Solid experience in an Agile environment; preferably as Scrum Master, Iteration Manager coaching Agile Scrum teams.
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst in Digital or IT industry.
• Demonstrated experience in developing user stories, eliciting business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, iterative software development and special focus in web development (front-end and back-end) and user experience design.
