The Role

The School’s Operations Team provides multi-disciplinary administrative support throughout the School of Business and Law. This role will work closely with both academic and professional staff within the school to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. 

SELECTION CRITERIA 

  • Experience in providing administrative support within a large organisation;
  • Demonstrated high level of administrative skills with attention to detail, accurately maintaining administrative systems and procedures;
  • Demonstrated high level organisational customer service and time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous competing tasks with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and ensure targeted quality outcomes;
  • Demonstrated high level of skills in using standard software and database packages, including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe Pro in particular document formatting and collation;
  • Interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop good relationships and ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience with coordinating events (room bookings, catering, scheduling etc)
  • Experience with committee support would be an advantage

These positions attract remuneration of $69,152 - $73,652 plus up to 17% University superannuation contribution.
