Overview
The School of Medical and Health Sciences at Edith Cowan University (ECU) offer undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees.  Academics in the School are involved in research and teaching relating to a wide range of health disciplines.

This role is responsible for effectively providing a broad range of administrative roles, function and services to the School staff and operations. The position will suit a confident individual who is self-motivated, thrives on working in a busy and complex work environment and who can work well independently and as part of a larger School support team.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated high level of administrative skills with attention to detail, accurately maintaining administrative systems and procedures
  • Demonstrated high level of skills in using standard software and database packages, including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe Pro in particular document formatting and collation
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and ensure targeted outcomes
  • Interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop good relationships and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with coordinating events (room bookings, catering, scheduling etc)
  • Experience with committee support

Benefits & Remuneration
This position attracts remuneration of $66,813 to $71,161 pa (Pro-Rata 60%) plus 17% superannuation.
