  • Remuneration: $130,901 to $148,369 pa (HEW8) (inclusive of $110,613 to $125,373 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

  • Open to: Current staff members of QUT who have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the fixed-term appointment. Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Rewards and Staff Experience Consultant to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

The Rewards and Staff Experience Consultant is responsible for leading the design, adoption and implementation of programs that optimise QUT staff experience at work, and support the development of evidence-based strategic reward and retention frameworks.

What you need to succeed

  • Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a postgraduate qualification, or progress towards a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Psychology in conjunction with extensive experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of contemporary staff experience and sentiment frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven experience planning, delivering and prioritising complex, large-scale, multi-year projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new concepts, proactively identify opportunities for improvement and achieve efficiencies in the delivery of high-quality results. 
  • Proven strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced digital literacy skills with proven ability in analysing quantitative and qualitative data, as well as ensuring the consistent application of workforce data / attributes conveyed through dashboards, workforce reports and presentations.
