  • Casual opportunity (full time hours) up to 23 December 2021
  • Casual pay rate of $46.43 plus 10% super

About the Role

The Research Reporting Officer will facilitate the establishment of research activities in University systems. The duties include maintaining corporate data regarding research projects (including of project budgets), monitoring data quality and responding to enquiries regarding project establishment.

This position reports directly to the Manager: Research Projects Management in Research and Innovation Services.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain corporate records in relation to UniSA research activities
  • Establish research projects in University systems
  • Finalise project budgets
  • Monitor corporate data accuracy and address data quality issues as required


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Data entry and ongoing monitoring of data quality
  • Project costing and development of working budgets
  • Administration of research projects preferably in a University context
  • Providing high quality customer service
