• Base salary range: $72,531 – $80, 391 p.a. plus 17% superannuation

About the team
The marketing department in the UWA Business School offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses, as well as research-based doctoral degrees. The students rank amongst the brightest in Australia, as measured by Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR).
The Chief investigator team and Australian post-doctoral investigator are working on a three-year ARC Linkage project focusing on the economic and social contribution of the Co-operative and Mutual Enterprise (CME) sector to the Western Australian economy over the period 1829-present.

About the opportunity
As the appointee you will, under general direction, provide administrative and research support to the Chief Investigator team and Australian Post-Doctoral Investigator. You will book appointments, organise the data and document management, coordinate meetings and provide support for interviews, assist with field data collection and managing events such as the annual conferences.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

• Coordinate appointments for research data collection and other meetings
• Organise and control document and data management to ensure these records are safely and securely stored and indexed
• Support to field data collection, which might include note taking, and transcription
• Liaise with industry partner investigators to enable the efficient and effective flow of communication between the University research team and its industry partners
• Assist with the publication of research papers and presentations at international conferences and workshops
• Assist with the management of an online digital repository for research findings
