Fixed-term, full-time position available until January 2022

The Research Grants Support Officer provides a range of administrative support services to the Research Grants Unit within Research Services with a particular focus on research grant related reporting, systems and data collections. The duties include data entry, monitoring and checking data for grant applications and research projects, production of standard reports, filing, drafting standard correspondence, coordinating arrangements for meetings.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Experience in office practices, standard office software packages.
  • Experience with data entry and use of databases.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and maintain work accuracy.
