  • Remuneration: Total remuneration range: $130,347 to $154,804 pa (LEVB) (inclusive of $110,145 to $130,811 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Research Fellow to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health, Academic Division.

The Research Fellow has responsibilities relating to coordinating existing cancer research within CPC, and for growing their own program of research, provision of strategic advice to the Research Program Lead(s) and CPC research teams.

What you need to succeed

  • Completion of a postgraduate qualification and/or relevant research experience applicable to the health industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in the conduct of relevant externally funded research, including project design, implementation, analysis and administration, with published outcomes.
  • Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills, including conference papers, contributions to journal publications, and presentations of findings to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues in a team environment, internal and external stakeholders, and the wider research community.
  • Professional achievement in the areas of cancer care is desirable.
  • Understanding mixed-method or qualitative research is desirable.
