The Opportunity

The Drug Discovery Biology team is currently seeking a Research Assistant to join the Cancer Neural Immune Laboratory.

In this position, you will undertake research on an NHMRC-funded project that investigates how the peripheral nervous affects cancer progression and treatment outcome in advanced breast cancer.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with cancer cell culture and animal models of cancer, or be able to demonstrate competency in a related area. You will have strong organisational skills and be highly motivated to contribute to the emerging field of cancer neuroscience.

You will have a tertiary qualification in biomedical sciences or a closely related field.
