  • Full-time, fixed term contract until 23 September 2022 based in Allied Health & Human Performance at the City East campus
  • Commencement Salary: $72,218 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

This position will contribute to research efforts relating to a project funded by Western NSW Local Health District involving the development and evaluation of a virtual reality intervention to improve rural cancer care. The position may be required to assist other research projects within the group.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • An undergraduate degree in a health science related discipline with experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information effectively and clearly to a wide audience
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and production of project-related documentation
  • High level organisational skills and sound computer/IT skills
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse and multi-disciplinary research team as well as work independently
