As Reporting Analyst, you will provide accurate and meaningful reporting and analysis of the University’s financial performance to aid Senior Management decision making.

In this role you will:

  • Be the expert in the management reporting and information requirements with the aim of developing standardised reporting of the University’s Income statement, Balance sheet and Cash flows across the business.
  • Create standard and ad-hoc internal financial reports and establish procedures and controls for the verification of data inputs and reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate with Systems Accounting to maintain the reporting requirements.

This 12-month fixed-term position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).


How will you inspire us?

You will have:

  • Relevant experience in financial reporting processes.
  • Experience in analysing large data sets and advanced MS Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to design and deliver standardised financial management reporting within a complex environment.
  • Proven ability to provide enterprise level commentary, analysis, and dashboard analytics to Senior Leaders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to build relationships and an inter-disciplinary and collaborative way of working.

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 to $99,655 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
