About the role

People and Success are seeking Expressions of Interest for a casual Data Management Officer to join the Alumni and Employer Collaboration and Projects Team. The Data Management Officer will provide data assessment capabilities to the Office of People and Success. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing processes around data entry and systems
  • Streamlining and documenting best practice processes
  • Working on data hygiene within Raisers Edge including clean-up of duplicate records, addresses, missing titles etc
  • Entering and maintaining up to date data on Universities Boards and Committees including but not limited to Board of Trustees, Board Executive Committee and Foundation Council for the purpose of meaningful engagement and communication relating to philanthropy and otherwise.
  • Working with Competitive Intelligence and Analytics (Office of Student and University Planning) and the Office of Advancement on the proposed revitalisation program suggesting best practice for Office of Advancement within the current resource suit.
  • Adhoc tasks as required

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills


Remuneration:
HEW Level 5, step 1 - $52.75 (Casual rate)
