We are looking to appoint a Student Success Coordinator, English Language Programs to join our team.
About the Role
The primary role of the Student Success Coordinator (SSC), English Language Programs is to develop and implement academic and non-academic strategies to support students in the successful completion of their course.
The SSC will work with students from admission, supporting students to successfully navigate the educational landscape. With a focus on the student’s experience and pathway , the SSC will take a student-centered approach to engage with students
The SSC will foster a sense of community and belonging, ensuring students are connected and motivated, ensuring subjects are completed, participation and engagement is high, students make good progress, and students at risk are identified and supported.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you need a relevant degree or an equivalent combination of professional administration experience and education/training in a customer focused role, customer service and administrative skills and a high level of computer literacy

Working with Children Check: As this position is expected to involve direct or unsupervised contact with children, and in accordance with legislative requirements, in order to commence working at The College, it is a requirement to obtain a “NSW Working with Children Check Clearance”. The screening involves checking that you are not a‘disqualified person’ the meaning of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012. No disqualified person will be retained in or appointed to work in child related employment within The College.
Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 6 $60,468 p.a. (comprising Salary of $53,193 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement.
Please note, the above salary range is based on 0.6 of the full-time equivalent.
