About the Office of Student Experience and Marketing
The Office of Student Experience and Marketing is responsible for attracting and enrolling prospective students and optimising the students experience throughout their time at Western.

About the Role
The Communications Team is looking for an experienced copywriter to join the team as a Communications Officer. This is an exciting role that will help attract future students to the University and provide support to a team of external and internal communication professionals.

The Communications Officer provides operational marketing communication support to the Communication Coordinators and Manager, by writing content for channels such as EDMs & SMSs, assisting in channel specific research, providing administrative support, operational management of communication channels and providing input for journey mapping. The role is also required to have copy writing skills in order to create copy guides for campaigns.

The Communications Officer will also champion the values of Student Experience & Marketing (SEM) and ensure their practice aligns to these values and service delivery contributing to the overall student experience.

This is a full-time, ongoing hybrid position with an office located at Westerns Hawkesbury (Richmond) campus. However, travel to other campuses of the University may be required. Please review the position description for further information.

Remuneration Package:  HEW Level 5 $94,265 to $106,603 p.a. (comprising Salary of $79,655 to $90,081 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
