The School of Health Sciences is seeking a School Administration Officer, Placements to assist the Clinical/Professional Placement Coordinator and other placement team staff with administrative tasks such as database maintenance, reporting activities, and compliance administration.

In this position you will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day administrative duties of the School’s UniClinic, including patient management and welfare, patient record management patient bookings, consulting room management and administration, student, and academic support.

You will also provide support with various compliance tasks and undertake projects as required by the Clinical/Professional Placement Coordinator and School Manager to improve the quality of the student experience as it relates to placement during the students’ period of study. 

Staffing the UniClinic reception is included in this position's duties.  Coverage hours of these reception duties are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 2 June 2023 based at the Campbelltown campus.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $91,209 to $103,148 p.a. (comprising Salary of $77,073 to $87,161 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
