About the Role

The Manager, Peer Programs provides strategic and operational leadership to student-facing programs. They manage a small specialist team to deliver and develop the University's flagship peer programs such as the Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) Program and the MATES mentoring program.

The major responsibilities of the role, include working closely with Program staff on the design, delivery and implementation of the programs, and leading innovations that respond to the changing learning and student experience landscape. This is a multi-faceted position which requires working strategically across operational areas and with a diverse set of stakeholders to provide high impact, quality peer programs. The Manager, Peer Programs will also champion the values of Student Experience & Marketing (SEM) and ensure their practice aligns to these values and service delivery contributing to the overall student experience with the aim of transforming lives.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 9 $137, 738 to $147,094 p.a. (comprising Salary of $123,708 to $132,111 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
