The Assessment and Timetabling Team has an opportunity available for an Assessment and Timetabling Officer who is highly motivated and organised. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in the use of technology, have a high attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

The Assessment and Timetabling Officer is responsible for:

  • The production and maintenance of the Western Sydney University teaching and examination timetable
  • Optimising the allocation of University teaching space within the scope of course requirements.
  • Close liaison with academic and professional staff involved with assessment and timetabling processes at the School level is required to achieve outcomes which will facilitate the effective delivery of the academic programs on offer.
  • The provision of a range of administrative services and functions relating to exams, results and progression.

There are two full-time, fixed term positions based at Kingswood campus. The first role will end 30 June 2023 and the second role will end 30 November 2023.

Remuneration Package:
HEW Level 7 $110,370 to $119,091 p.a. (comprising Salary of $93,264 to $100,633 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
