About the Role

The School of Health Sciences is seeking a highly motivated  Business Administrative Officer to join the team.

Working closely with the School Manager and in collaboration with other professional staff to support the School Manager in the efficient operation of the School by ensuring the provision of high level administrative support across the School.

In this position you will work closely with the Business Administration Assistant and Business Analyst to manage administrative tasks related to the School, provide information and support to the School’s Executive via the School Manager, and manage and monitor the School’s casual academic staffing process.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 1 December 2023 based at the Campbelltown Campus.

About You

You will have well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to develop, establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.  You must have high level computer literacy skills and demonstrated experience in monitoring financial transactions and reconciling financial transactions against records.

You require a relevant qualification and/or equivalent professional administrative training and extensive experience in a large and complex organisation.

Remuneration Package

: HEW Level 7 $110,370 to $119,091 p.a. (comprising Salary of $93,264 to $100,633 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
