About the team
The Office of Student and University Planning is establishing a new Program Compliance Team within Data Integrity, Quality and Operations (DIQO) to provide complex case management services to assist students manage their program of study.

The Program Compliance Team collaborates with stakeholders in DIQO, the Office of Student Experience and Marketing, Student Systems and in Schools to proactively address issues related to student compliance with program rules, improve the effectiveness of curriculum rules, and ensure a positive student experience.

About the role
The Program Compliance Coordinator will manage and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Program Compliance Team.

The Program Compliance Coordinator position will be offered as a fixed term appointment until the end of November 2023.

The role will be based at the Penrith (Kingswood) Campus with hybrid working options available.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline and/or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and training, and:

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading teams undertaking time-sensitive, multi-dimensional work in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying complex rules, including the ability to exercise initiative and problem solve in a complex environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the capability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.

Remuneration Package:

HEW Level 8 $123,297 to $136,873 p.a. (comprising Salary of $104,187 to $115,659 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
