About the Role
Western Sydney International is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Manager, International Mobility to work with our team.

The Manager, International Mobility develops, promotes, and implements mobility programs to meet mobility targets for Western Sydney University inbound and outbound student mobility programs. These include study abroad, student exchange, and short-term programs.  Working closely with Schools, the position continually expands and strengthens the range of mobility options and destinations, proposes ideas for innovative programs, promotes inclusion for Western students, and addresses barriers to participation.

This position undertakes regular, extended international economy travel to promote the University’s internationalisation objectives through international student mobility.

Western Sydney International is responsible for:

• increasing international student enrolments;
• managing visa risk and agent relationships;
• developing and managing international partnerships which facilitate international research partnerships, articulation, and outbound mobility;
• establishing offshore operations; and
• increasing outbound mobility.

About You
To be successful in this role you need to have degree in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated work history as a mobility or international education professional, with demonstrated capacity to provide leadership in a mobility environment, proven expertise in managing and coordinating people and projects, and excellent management skills and demonstrated experience within higher education in Australia, including knowledge of university international offices and their relationship to academic and administrative units within a university

Remuneration Package:

HEW Level 8 $123,297 to $136,873 p.a. (comprising Salary of $104,187 to $115,659 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
