There is currently an exciting opportunity to join the Student Experience Administration & Enquiries team as a Student Experience Administration Officer supporting Schools with Student enquiries and administration duties.

As a Student Experience Administration Officer, your role in supporting the Schools will be the first point of contact for enquiries of a student administration nature. You will handle a diverse range of operational activities including, but not limited to, receiving, triaging and escalating student enquiries via email, phone and face to face, the processing of Western Now forms, Class registration amendments and supporting the Senior Student Experience Administration Officer.

You will play a pivotal part in supporting the Schools with their administrative needs while increasing administrative efficiencies, and ensuring efficient, consistent advice is provided to both Students and Academics.

This position is based at the Parramatta South Campus with a willingness to travel to other campuses as required. There may be other positions become available, located at different campuses that you may be eligible for, so please apply to be considered for future positions.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $86,749 to $98,254 p.a. (comprising Salary of $74,145 to $83,978 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
