The Role
The Marketing Campaign Manager (International) develops, plans, and executes marketing campaigns with a focus on Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), social media, and the web to support International marketing plans and International student recruitment plans that drive conversion, and revenue targets.
The position uses data and insights to develop and execute acquisition and conversion campaign strategies to deliver against International business objectives. The role works with the Student Services Hub to support their delivery of international enquiry management and outbound calling campaigns. The role works closely with the University’s appointed media agencies to ensure that digital campaigns for international markets align with international student recruitment strategies, and to source and test new-to-market digital channels for international audiences.
About You
You are a Marketing, Communications or Media professional with proven experience in the field. Through your strong management skills, you can build constructive working relationships across all levels of an organisation and with external stakeholders. You will have experience developing and running marketing or recruitment campaigns, be able to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and use your analytical skills to develop data driven conversion strategies that drive results. You have experience with web, email and social media marketing strategies as well as a strong understanding of user experience best practice and channel appropriate content development.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position from 8 November 2021 until 19 January 2023 based at the Parramatta South campus.
Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $120,879 to $134,189 p.a. (comprising Salary of $102,144 to $113,391 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
