The Office of Estate and Commercial is seeking a Technical Maintenance Specialist- Mechanical to join their team.

The Technical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the efficient & effective delivery/operations of maintenance service/capital works across the portfolio, via effective management of contracts/contractors & the review of the specified projects’ lifecycle from planning to completion and communication with client/customers.

This may include, but is not limited to the below service lines:

•            Building services
•            HVAC systems & infrastructure
•            Control systems & infrastructure
•            Fire systems & infrastructure
•            Vertical transport systems & infrastructure
•            Electrical systems & infrastructure
•            Hydraulic systems & infrastructure
•            Height safety
•            Security & access systems
Key to the role, is the provision of support and guidance to the wider business with regards to the delivery of technical services across all campuses.
This position is based at the Hawkesbury Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $120,879 to $134,189 p.a. (comprising Salary of $102,144 to $113,391 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
