The Associate Director, Safety and Campus Delivery is a senior member of Campus Operations with responsibility for the leadership of on-campus services to ensure they are aligned with the University’s mission and objectives of delivering a quality experience on campus and a positive impact to our communities.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for everyone who uses our campuses and will require the diligent oversight of the safety, security and facilities teams and alignment with contemporary customer standards. This also extends to the effective delivery of day-to-day facilities management services and oversight of service provider obligations.

You will have continuous and productive engagement with the University community, external consultants, stakeholders, and will also represent Campus Operations and/or the University on internal and external committees and forums. As a member of the leadership team of Campus Operations, you will also contribute to the broader management of the Unit including customer service, strategic planning, and change management initiatives.
