About the Role
We are seeking to strengthen our existing management expertise within the School by appointing a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management to join the team. We are particularly interested in appointing a management scholar with evidence of high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and research expertise in one or more areas of operations management: business operations and logistics, supply chain management, compliance management, enterprise resource planning and global logistics.

The position of Senior Lecturer contributes to a broad range of academic activities within the School and is involved in the development, implementation and delivery of teaching and learning in the Management program for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The Senior Lecturer will be expected to maintain professional associations, remain relevant in the industry, and attend information sessions, Open Day, and similar events.

A PhD in an area of Operations Management and understanding of contemporary business via industry engagement are vital attributes. The successful applicant will be expected to review curriculum and ensure currency within the field in an ongoing capacity.

This is a full-time, ongoingposition based at Westerns Parramatta CityCampus,although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package:  Academic Level C $164,764 to $189,004 p.a. (comprising Salary of $139,368 to $160,086 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
