The Office of the PVC (Learning Futures) is looking to recruit 2 x Digital Learning Administrative Officers who will support staff with trouble-shooting Learning Management System (LMS) platforms (Blackboard; Open Learning, Canvas) and other university-supported digital learning tools. This requires good communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful applicants will also play a part in identifying frequently occurring or common issues, knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities in the application of digital technologies; providing these insights to Learning Futures for incorporation into their initiative prioritisation, learning support processes and the development of resources and Knowledge Base Articles as required.

The University conducts its business across multiple campuses and this position is required to travel to and work from multiple campuses as required.

These are full-time, ongoing positions based at our Penrith Campus.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $87,744 to $99,381 p.a. (comprising Salary of $74,145 to $83,978 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
