The Graduations Team is seeking a highly organised and motivated person to fill the fixed-term position of Graduation Officer until 31 December 2022.

As the Graduation Officer, you will be responsible for a range of processes relating to the completion of student records. This includes assessment of potential graduates and issuing of Graduation documents. The Graduation Officer will also liaise with Schools and Academics to ensure accurate and timely processing of graduation applications.

If you have strong administrative and processing experience, a strong capacity to interpret policy and make decisions based on varying criteria, excellent organisation and communication skills and demonstrated experience delivering exceptional solution-focussed customer service, we would like to hear from you.

This is a full-time role based at Penrith campus until 31 December 2022.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $100,670 to $107,945 p.a. (comprising Salary of $85,067 to $91,215 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
