The Office of People and Success is a newly established portfolio bringing together functions that support staff, students and alumni in their development and success at Western and beyond. The Office is organised in four centres of excellence including:

-           Careers, Talent and Organisational Success
-           HR Operations and Payroll
-           HR Partnerships, Workplace Relations and Change
-           Alumni and Employer Collaboration and Projects

About the Role
We are seeking a new Project Support Assistant within the Careers, Talent and Organisational Success Team. The Project Support Assistant contributes to the achievement of the University’s Strategic Goals and People Strategy by the provision of project delivery and administrative support related to the ALPHA platform and associated programs. To be successful in the role, applicants will possess relevant qualifications and experience and have a thorough understanding of the work delivered within the team.

This position based at the Kingswood campus, although travel to other campuses of the University will be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 4 $84,578 to $90,045 p.a. (comprising Salary of $71,470 to $76,089 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
