About the School

The School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences delivers a wide range of courses to students which aim to advance the knowledge and application of computing, data science and mathematics through teaching and research excellence.

The School’s teaching and research programs cover a range of professional and other disciplines in Computing, Data Science and Mathematics.

Our programmes include undergraduate degrees, honours degrees, combined undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, graduate-entry Masters programs, coursework Masters programs, and higher degree research programs (Masters and PhD).

Eligibility List

The School seeks to establish an Eligibility List of suitably qualified and experienced people available for casual teaching in undergraduate mathematics.

Topics include, but are not restricted to, engineering mathematics, calculus, differential equations, linear algebra. 

Applicants should note that an Eligibility List is a pool of suitably qualified people, whose expertise can be called upon in response to the School’s teaching needs. Inclusion on this list does not guarantee employment with Western Sydney University.  

Remuneration: Casual Academic Rates of Pay in line with Schedule 2 of the 2022 Academic Staff Agreement
