About the Role

The Blacktown Clinical School & Research Centre is a state-of-the-art teaching and research facility located within the Blacktown Hospital precinct, which is responsible for coordinating clinical placements and teaching of medical students as part of Doctor of Medicine (MD) course.

Working across a variety of activities at the Clinical School, the Senior Administrative Officer is the principal aide to the Professor of Medicine, providing a comprehensive suite of operational administrative services.  Additionally, the Senior Administrative Officer will support the day-to-day activities of the Clinical School under the direction of the Executive Officer.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Administrative Officer who also has executive support experience who is enthusiastic, has a high degree of initiative and judgment and can demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This is a full-time, ongoing position located at the Blacktown Clinical School within the Blacktown Hospital precinct with some travel for teaching activities necessary.

Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 6 $103,879 to $111,343 p.a., (comprising salary $87,779 to $94,086 p.a., 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading).
