• Nirimba TAFE College a part of TAFE NSW
• Western Sydney University, The College, - a wholly-owned entity of Western Sydney University

The Precinct also accommodates other educational organisations such as the Nirimba Office of the NSW Department of Education and the BREED Business Centre.

About the role
Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with a passion for fostering collaboration? Are you skilled at building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive positive outcomes? If so, we have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join the NEP community as the Relationship Manager – Nirimba Education Precinct (NEP).

In this hands-on, autonomous role, you will support the NEP Board in the achievement of its strategic mission by encouraging communication, collaboration and alignment between the Partners to benefit the students, staff and wider Precinct community.

Reporting to the Chair of the NEP Board, you will assist the partner organisations to pursue excellence across the Precinct through:

•             Collaborative planning and coordination;
•             A culture of continuous improvement in all Precinct activities and services;
•             The pursuit of opportunities to celebrate student success;
•             Innovative educational collaboration and alignment;
•             Enhanced communication between the partners and with the community and other stakeholders;
•             Community engagement and liaison with external stakeholders;
•             The creation and development of linkages to increase partner interaction.

Skills and Experiences
To be successful in this role you will have an appropriate tertiary qualification and/or experience in leadership role,  high-level planning and strong organisational skills and experience in change management and implementing new initiatives and activities within an educational context.

This position is co-funded by the four Partners. As the host-Partner, Western Sydney University, The College is the employer. All conditions of employment will be in accordance with The College Enterprise Agreement.

No disqualified person will be retained in or appointed to work in child related employment within The College. 

Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 8 $100,718 p.a. (comprising Salary of $88,600 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement.

Note – the above rate is 0.8 of the full-time equivalent
