 We are looking to appoint an Executive Service Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
The Executive Services Coordinator provides high level support to The College Executive, coordinates a range of administrative, governance and compliance processes and supervises a small team responsible for delivering a broad range of executive support functions that underpin the operations and continued success of The College Executive.
Skills/Experience
To be successful in this role you need a relevant tertiary qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience, education/ training, demonstrated administrative experience in an executive environment with a high level of interpersonal communication skills and experience in project management.

Working with Children Check: As this position is expected to involve direct or unsupervised contact with children, and in accordance with legislative requirements, in order to commence working at The College, it is a requirement to obtain a “NSW Working with Children Check Clearance”. The screening involves checking that you are not a‘disqualified person’ the meaning of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012. No disqualified person will be retained in or appointed to work in child related employment within The College.

Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 8 $121,692 p.a. (comprising Salary of $107,524 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement.
