 We are looking to appoint a Timetable Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role
The Timetable Coordinator’s primary focus is to be the liaison between The College and the University Timetabling team to facilitate the creation of timetables for the College’s teaching units. 

Skills/Experience
To be successful in this role you need a higher education qualification in a relevant field or at least 4 years experience in Student Administration and/or Timetabling, demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills.

Working with Children Check: As this position is expected to involve direct or unsupervised contact with children, and in accordance with legislative requirements, in order to commence working at The College, it is a requirement to obtain a “NSW Working with Children Check Clearance”. The screening involves checking that you are not a‘disqualified person’ the meaning of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012. No disqualified person will be retained in or appointed to work in child related employment within The College.

Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 6 $63,320 p.a. (comprising Salary of $55,947 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement
