About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a person looking for a position of responsibility and variety.

The position of Quality Enhancement Officer provides advice and support on quality enhancement initiatives to ensure students receive a high quality educational experience.  In this  position you will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of information to identify themes and opportunities for educational quality enhancement across the University.  You will also be responsible for drafting reports to University committees and will project manage the follow-up of quality enhancement recommendations to ensure agreed actions are implemented and evaluated.

About You
To be successful in the role, a flexible approach and the ability to manage competing demands will be required, you will have good analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyse and manage data in excel files, draft reports commenting on the data, and provide advice on actions to be taken.  In addition, a high level of oral and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with senior staff in a professional manner, are essential to the role.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 31 December 2023, based at Penrith (Kingswood) Campus.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $113,831 to $122,779 p.a. (comprising Salary of $96,189 to $103,750 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
